Job Responsibilities
Conduct and oversee comprehensive penetration tests, including network, web application, mobile, and physical security assessments, to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
Create and refine penetration testing methodologies, tools, and techniques to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of security assessments.
Mentor and train junior penetration testers
Hybrid WFH model
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain the cause and impact of the vulnerability
Ability to work in agile environment with desire to make a change
Participate in platform development and develop approaches for automation.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Hold one more security certifications, such as OSCP, OSCE, CREST, PNPT, CRTO, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, or GMOB OWSE
10+ years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming and security consulting engagements.
Experience with pre-sales and sales.
Knowledge of common security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, NZISM, ISO 27001).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think like an attacker.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
